Position: Sales Engineering Manager
Territory: Austin, Texas
Our client is a market leader in the booming area of Operational Technology (OT), Internet of Things (IoT), and Industrial Control System (ICS) cyber security and is looking for talent globally to continue its success!
What you will do:
- Be an expert in our market and what our target customer places value in from a product standpoint
- Act as a sales engineering and customer success lead for our client and work closely with Sales (co-own Sales)

- Excellent communicator, both internally and externally
- Highly Competitive Business Development, GTM specialist, Sales and Customer Success leader with a high technical aptitude within security
- Strategic Thinker who considers the entire picture and doesn’t fall into a single silo
- Self-starter, who can work with little guidance and analytics and intuitive balance with common sense
- Customer obsessed mindset
- Maniacal in your attention to detail
- Deeply knowledgeable on IAM and IGA cybersecurity
- Understanding of competition and able to anticipate direction of the market-PLUS
- Start-up experience is a MUST
- 7-10 years of working with customers to drive product adoption and sales
- Engineering background plus
- Scaling revenue from $0-$10M
